Muhammad Nasiruddin, a finance whiz with nine years on Wall St., joined North South University in 2015. After starting at Neuberger Berman, he pivoted to executive search, advising top firms on strategy and talent acquisition. Muhammad, a finance graduate from South Alabama and Binghamton, now teaches Corporate Finance and Financial Markets while researching investment opportunities in emerging markets. He has been a part of the NSU Finance Club since 2017, bolstering the club to reach new heights.

Mr. Syed Asif Hossain
Syed Asif Hossain joined the School of Business and Economics, NSU in September 2014 as a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance and is currently the Faculty Advisor of the NSU Finance Club.
He completed his MSc in Accounting and Finance from the triple-accredited Aston Business School, UK, with an Aston University International Scholarship, after earning his BBA in Accounting and Finance from NSU. During his time in the UK, he worked with Grant Thornton UK LLP on Corporate Governance of FTSE 100 companies and served as a student/staff course representative at Aston University.
Before joining NSU, he taught as an Adjunct Lecturer at Southeast University and Independent University, Bangladesh. At NSU, he also served as Assistant Proctor (2017–2023, 2024) and Proctor (in-charge) from 2023 to 2024.
